Success here is measured in smiles and pride of accomplishing their goal of getting that job in the community. Everyday these individuals face challenges that Mike says he could never imagine. But every day when he greets the participants in the morning, they always come in with a smile on their face and an eagerness to do the best they can. For Mike, it is a pure joy to come in everyday and be a part of their lives and be a part of their successes. Some of Mike's hobbies are: Cheering and following the Packers and Badgers, movies, and bike riding.
