1. Part-Time Assembler

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our assembly team. This is a light manufacturing position that involves assembling, packaging, and labeling products.

A part-time Assembler performs assembly tasks to produce products and packaging for various customers.

  • Assemble parts according to work instructions
  • Modify customer parts using basic tools or machines
  • Perform packaging duties including collating, labeling, shrink wrapping and inspecting products
  • Check work for compliance with work orders, and quality standards
  • Perform other duties as necessary per the direction of the Line Lead or Operations Supervisor

Qualified candidates will have the following skills and abilities:

  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform work independently and as part of a team
  • History of good attendance
  • Ability to understand instructions
  • Ability to perform work to production standard rates

Physical Requirements for this position include:

  • The ability to perform repetitive hand movement 
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 35 lbs. may be required 
  • Most jobs allow alternating standing and sitting
  • Bending and reaching are also required

2. Employment Specialist

  • Support individuals with disabilities in finding and maintaining employment
  • Partner with employers to create inclusive workplaces 
  • Provide job coaching, resume assistance, and interview prep
  • Advocate for workplace accommodations and career growth
  • Provide a person-centered approach to assess strengths and barriers for employment success
  • Maintain a positive rapport with area businesses and employees
  • Participate in networking opportunities with area businesses to develop paid work experiences, job shadowing opportunities, and permanent employment for participants 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Knowledge of Department of Vocational Rehabilitation regulations is preferred  
  • A two (2) year degree in the Human Services field is preferred
  • A valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance is required
  • A champion for inclusivity and accessibility
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A heart for making a real impact
